Grateful if anyone could offer some advice.
I have played some of the way through the game and then took a break for a few weeks at the time there were no issues with saving at all.
Now every time the game wants to save I get the above message and the game is clearly not saving as a restart always puts me back to where I started. no save files were updated or created in the save folder. I have tried a full reinstall, running as administrator, changing the target directory for the save games, and still no joy. This is odd as all was fine before. So what has changed I wonder?
By the way the same message appears even if I try to change any settings, say resolution. The game basicaly refuse to write a save game.
