Are there plans for some kind of Train Valley 2 bundle with all DLC?

I'm interested in the game, but I have a personal policy of only buying games with all DLC. I'm surprised how much that adds to the cost here, and why there's no bundle option I'm seeing yet.

Yeah, I'm also waiting for some kind of Gold Edition because I refuse to contribute to buying games piecemeal. I don't want to have to sit here with a calculator to figure out how much the game is going to cost me. Or worse yet, adding all that stuff to my cart one piece at a time, and then removing it all clicking one piece at a time if I can't afford it.

Please put the entire game up at a fair price and I'll buy it then.
