hello, since I bought the game alone I have the patch available 5798 , and I think they have taken more updates.
What should I do to update my game? and I do not see the option to download the new patch.

Hi drvbcn,
this is the latest stable version of the game.

If there is going to be new version, it will be beta tested on Steam (forced update) and eventually gets here as a standalone patch or if you use Galaxy it will be auto-updated if you choose so.

Yes, they are included.
It's an incremental number, the higher the newer the version including all previous patches.

GOG summarises from time to time all all patches into a new installer.
