Has anyone else experienced this?

I saved the game and shortly after the game crashed to desktop.
Now I can only load the previous to the most recent save file.

If I would have known this before, I would have named all my saves different, because now I have to revert to the last autosave :/

Anything on the web talks about the steam version from ~6 months ago.

p.s. I had nearly no crashes and if a game crashes, at least saves should work 100%

//edit: OK, I checked the crashlog and maybe this is a hint:

d:\urban\gog\x64\release\src\lib\cgashape\splitter.cpp:30: Verification of `m_fSumAbs <= m_fSize + EPS' failed (21.75 > 21.001).
It could, be this file wasn't used before. I have one graphic mod installed, which I will now remove...

//edit: NO PROBLEM WITH THE GAME!!111oneone

I used Grapchic mod 2.1 by A100N, which caused the crash. Removed the res folder, which had overwritten files and reinstalled the game, all fine now and my save works ;)

Pesky modders crashing our games. =P

Good to hear you manage to resolve the issue though.
To be perfectly honest, I really have not used any mods thus far. It would be nice if there were mods for more cargo types. So far, I am having alot of fun with the game.

There are cargo mods, which complicate the supply chain and add more industries.
Crude oil -> refined oil -> plastic and much more.

Or this one:
4 different resource-chains from 17 different industries with at least 3 steps before receiving goods.

I haven't tested it yet.

p.s. at population 1059 in the year 2005 the game now crashes with a similar error with or without the graphic mod :/

//edit: updated link to the train-fever.net website as this seems to be the original source.
