what's with the crappy music? good enough game but I didn't know I stepped into tumblr

The fact that you dislike this kind of music or visuals doesn't mean it's crappy, unless you estimate that your taste is kind of "superior" and the only one that matters...

I have the same problem. I like the game a lot and played it for many hours. But the music is so unbelieveably annoying it makes me want to throw my tv to the ground. The music is not low quality. But it's for a tiny audience. And it's ruining a great game.

The character designs are mixed. They are fitting to the music. Overall it feels to risk free and washed out. Like you take something crisp and edgy and then make it something soft and blurry to appeal it to kids if you get what I mean. Kids by the way don't like this. They like edgy stuff. Barely anyone likes soften stuff.

In anyway long story short, does anyone know how to mod this game? I want to replace the music with other tracks. If I could I would also replace the character sprites with my own, but the most important thing to me is replacing the music. The music is really what kills the game for me. It's too obvious what this music is trying to do, and it's like nails on a chalk board. It makes me hate this game so much... even though it's fun. I turned off the music a long time ago in this game. But playing tracks in the background is better but not as good as playing a track when the race starts...

Does anyone knows how to replace the music? This would really help a lot because the game itself is really good.
