I have the same problem:
In the orders-section, I can see my order but no Bonuscode (see attached pic)

€dit: Sry, when I searched for the problem, it only showed me this thread, after posting this I saw the other thread where the problem is solved.
Why is there a difference between GOG galaxy and the online-account? This doesn't make sense...
