I have Windows 8.1 and i decided to give the game a go

was getting through Mission 3, Where you have Marco with you and before i got to the first area transfer, Marco would get stuck running on the spot and then do some weird teleport thing to another spot

i restarted from the last save spot and Marco got through that fine, But next time he would do it is in the car park

not sure if it happens to other characters, So i'm wondering is there a fix for it?

I was a programmer on this game. I recall we had a lot of trouble with Marco getting stuck. I you will have to restart the level to make it go away - loading from last check point is not enough.

No post release fix was ever made.
