So yeah, I love this game, but for some reason, whenever the resources on the top menu bar update, the bar temporarily expands by about 1 to 2 pixels then shrinks back. The weird part is, it's only the part that's past where the bar would normally end on 640X480 resolution.

Does anyone know a fix? Or, alternatively, how can I change that bar (modding) to make it larger so this doesn't happen?

You aren't crazy, I've seen it as well. Just a graphical issue that's been around for a long time. I haven't seen it with Win-7 however.

Compatibility mode? Or maybe its a driver issue.
