I can get TA to run in windowed mode with the -d option to the executable. However, when I do so, the titlebar is missing, which makes it hard to move the window. Furthermore, if I do move the window using right-click on the icon in the taskbar, I run into this problem where the cursor is visible only when it's moving. As soon as I stop moving the cursor, it disappears.

Is there a known fix for this?
