I'd just like to say that I LOVE this game. GOG now has two of my three favorite RTS games: Sacrifice, Total Annihilation, and it's just missing Machines by Acclaim. PS- Please add Machines!
Some simple tricks that make the game a bit better:
More AI opponents in skirmish: On the team select window, type: *x
Units auto-attack buildings: While in-game, hit ENTER and type +shootall followed by ENTER again.
Windowed Mode: Create a shortcut and at the end of the target line add: -d
If you'd like to share your resources with your allies, hit ENTER and type +shareall followed by ENTER.
Anyone else got any good tips/tricks? I didn't list out the cheat codes as they're not hard to find. I also don't consider +shootall a cheat since, well, they friggin should do that anyway.

PS- The Windowed Mode trick kinda sucks. You can't move the window at all. I'm looking for a better way but haven't found anything yet.

you can toggle the ingame clock which shows the time you spent on the mssion/skirmish by typing "+clock" in the chat (enter).
