I've installed TA in GoG Galaxy ant got into the editor which is absolutely new for me.
I want to build a map based on the Waterworld movie. With only water units and shipyard.

Could I have a basic tutorial to make a map please ?
Is there a reference book to do it ?

It's a fan-site, you need a phD to get the gist of it.
The explanation given require a TA knowledge of it's core that I haven't yet.
I've done some tries and it proves to be easy enough, basically speaking of course. There remain a lot to know yet.
