Hello, my and a friend can't get total annihilation to work across a LAN. We both have windows 7 machines, mine is 64bit and his is 32bit. We can see eachother in the lobby but when either of us tries to join the others game it freezes for a minute and doesn't connect.

I've searched the internet and tried to install IPX with no luck

anyone know how to fix this?

Howdy!

Have you tried disabling ipv6 and the tunnelling stuff?

Open a command prompt and type in "ipconfig" you should just see an ipv4 lan interface and/or a wireless one if this is so.

If you see a lot of garbage there, refer to this article on the Microsoft website > http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929852

It's been a while since I played TA now, but my LAN worked after taking similar steps (Microsoft didn't have that support article at the time)
We have the same problem with TA.

We tried to play with Hamachi with and without ipv6 enabled.
In the 2 cases, when we try to join each other's room, TA freezes and doesn't join any room.

Anyone can help ?
