I have a problem and appreciate any help at all.

I installed Kingdoms okay. I try to run it but I just get a blank screen. My keyboard won't respond either (I can't tab out or crtl-alt-del, resulting in my having to hit the reset button). I don't hear any sound in the background.

I try running it in a window (adding -d to the shortcut) but same result. Changing compatibility modes is the same as well. I'm at a lost.

My specs: Win7 Pro 64
Athlon2 x3 3.1ghz, 8 Gig ram, Radeon 4830

Have you tried running ChooseRenderer.exe and switching the graphics mode?

Yes. Tried using primary and software. Same result. Blank screen. Freeze.

Finally figured out the problem.

It was my COMODO firewall. Setting it to game mode solved it. Everything works now.
