I've tried doing a clean install of Total Annihilation twice to no avail. Attempting to run the game results in the following error, which I've attached as an image.

If anyone has any advice, it would be appreciated.

More information.
Compute, OS....... all information.... I've used TA on every computer I've had since win 95 and have had some issues but there has always been a fix to get it working... Need some specifics.
