Hi,

I just want to share how I managed to make Total Annihilation run fullscreen at 1440x900 on my MacBook Pro with Mac OS X 10.8.4.

1. Press alt when double-clicking on the app to bring up the Wine options.
2. Go to Screen options and pick "Override", "Fullscreen", "Current Resolution", "24 bit", "0 sec.", "Force normal windows".
3. Check "Decorate windows", uncheck "Use Mac Driver instead of X11", uncheck "Auto Detect GPU Info for Direct3D".
4. Hit done.
5. Go to Advanced.
6. Add "-d" to the EXE flags

Voila. Note that the game menu will be 640x480, but the game itself is at your current resolution. Note also that you can ignore the in-game resolution you can set in the options. Just leave it.

I don't know if this is the only way to get fullscreen high resolution, but it works for me, so maybe it will help someone :-)

I tried it, but it doesn't work sadly. I have an extra screen plugged in, and after the modifications the game starts up on my other screen, instead of the main one. That didn't happen before. And the resolution was not higher :(
I experienced a similar problem when plugging in a second screen to my laptop. The resolution on the other screen was not higher than the maximal resolution of the laptop screen. Do you also have a laptop?
No, I have a mac pro. It's weird, all games I've played untill now automatically pick the main screen.
I'd been through the wrapper process and had gotten it into high res, but it had screen flickering. The above seems to have fixed it, thanks dude!
While my wine menu didn't have the "Use Mac Driver instead of X11" option this worked great thanks for the help, i just hope gog fixes this soon.

Edit: This fix seems to stop the intro movies from playing
