It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

The devs don't seem to include patch notes with the game updates on GOG.

2023 03 25 - Updated to 1.05

- Different illustration for the splash screen.
- I am unable to change Anti-Aliasing in the main menu, though it is possible in-game.
- General audio seems slightly desynchronized.

Unsure if achievements work as I haven't made it far enough to unlock new ones.

Small Update / Patch Notes Posted Thu, March 24
Update Notes v0.88.0
-Added low quality settings
-Stability on low end devices
-Minor bugfixes
^ Thank you kindly! :)

It seems like the devs have been quite busy fixing things as we've already gotten three updates since March 25th with the game being at v1.08 as of the time of writing.
Achievements are now fully obtainable, the vanishing save bug as well as the desynchronized audio bug seem to have been rectified.

Delighted to see some action so kudos to you, Tormented Souls developers!
Patch Notes for v1.10 (taken from the Steam page):

-Added revised Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese langs.
-Fixed unlock coditions for “Anxiety”.
-Fixed unlock conditions for “Suffering”.
-Minor bug fixes.

EDIT & HEADSUP: And here we go again, save files have vanished after the update. What seems to happen is that with each update, the game creates a new separate folder with saves & user settings instead of carrying over the existing saves & settings. Ergo, your old saves should still be in the folder prior to the update. All that needs to be done is to copypaste them into the new saves folder and you should be able to continue where you left off.

ex.
username\AppData\LocalLow\duale-abstractd\Tormented Souls Release\Saves
username\AppData\LocalLow\duale-abstractd\Tormented Souls GOG\Saves
etc.
