Will there be an update that introduces Galaxy achievements? Additionally, will the announced bonus content, such as the OST and new weapon, make it to GOG as well?

EDIT: Bonus costume and new weapon update is up. Seems that this update introduces revised camera angles in some areas (the main hall, most noticeably). No achievements still though, hopefully with the next update.

Has anyone been able to unlock GOG Galaxy achievements for this game yet or are they still bugged?

I don't think the update that actually lets you unlock achievements has been released yet, I think the dev might still be testing them.

Looks like the new Achievements update is live. Heads-up; I lost all of my saves because of the update though.
EDIT: I was able to unlock some achievements before the update was pulled again yesterday. Funnily enough, my old saves have been restored. Two separate folders under C:\Users\USER\AppData\LocalLow\duale-abstractd can be found post-achievement update; Tormented Souls & Tormented Souls Release.

Are the achievements working yet? I am thinking of picking this up but want to make sure it has achievements before i dive in

Not to my knowledge. It's been over a month since they pulled the -- experimental, I assume -- achievements update. The store page mentions nothing about Achievements in the Game Features section.

the devs said on twitter that the GoG version now supports trophies and he showed this screenshot:

That update got pulled in less than 24 hours after upload. It reverted back to the previous version and I haven't been able to unlock any other achievements since then (November 30th). I've tried reaching out to PQube but no answer so far.
