There seems to a bug that causes the "Inspiring Presence" sound effect to play constantly after loading a save game, it's this constant buzz/hum that gets extremely annoying after a while. It only started once I reached Tier 2, so i'm pretty sure Inspiring Presence is the cause.
It goes away when zoning, but it's getting so annoying that I have to play with the sound off until I happen to move to another zone. Please fix this, otherwise i'm absolutely loving the game. :)
