I've played the game all week without any issues, I don't use any mods. When I just started it today, I couldn't load any of my characters, all I get is "New Game". I've went into my save file folder and they are all there, but for some reason the game doesn'T seem to recognize them anymore?

I just made a new character and my shared stash is still there. It's so weird that's the game isn't showing my characters, I don't get it at all. They are in my save files folder, right next to the new character I just started...

I also noticed that I have two files for my missing characters, one .svb file written in all caps and one .restore file written in all lowercase letters, but only one .svb file for the new character I just created, which is written in lowercase, oddly. Does the game only created a .restore file at a certain level? Could I try to delete the .svb files of my missing characters and change the .restore files to.svb?

EDIT: I did this and it worked, although it's still quite strange to me that the characters vanished for no reason in the first place.
