I can't seem to find the folder/file to turn on the console to have the occasional uberman stride through the underground.

- Go to your %AppData% folder
- Go to runic games\torchlight
- Open the settings.txt file
- Find the line that says Console :0 (should be close to the top, I think) and change that zero to a 1, save and close.
