Hey all,

I've been playing ever since I got the free download and made it kind of far in the game with some equips I'm happy that I found.

Today though, I went into the portal leading down in the first map after you get the 3 relics.

My game froze so I turned off my laptop and restarted.

Upon starting Torchlight though, my character was deleted.

Anyone else come across this problem or have a fix?

I did google for some solutions but I dont have a .restore file. Only a backup.tmp
