I'm having trouble with the quest for Aergus, on the Path of the Honored Dead. I know the Tranquil Censer is supposed to be dropped by a random enemy, but I've searched the map thoroughly and can't find it anywhere. Is this a bug, or am I somehow missing it?

Sorry for not answering sooner, but I just happened to notice your question. As you can see here, https://torchlight.fandom.com/wiki/Aergus, he doesn't always appear.
