I am also suffering this problem. Some help would be appreciated. Or even just some advice. For example, is this an optional mission? If it's not, can I fix it? If I can't, did I just waste my money? Etc.

This is strange bug. I passing it turning on game. Plug-out net cable and start mission. Something on server site is fuck up.

Disabled wifi as I'm not plugged in via network cable. Still facing this crash..appreciate some help. really like the game but dont want to waste my money by having a game I cant play.

I'm getting the same error. Some sort of unhandled exception when accessing GOG user data. Please handle exceptions and don't let the game crash.
I can't progress in the game due to this error. Please fix quickly before I have to return it because it's defective.
