Several times now I've gotten myself stuck by unbinding the Escape key from pause. Once I go back to the game, I then can't get back to the pause menu to fix it, so I have to quit the game and get into the options from the main menu. Escape should always mean pause. It's nice to be able to bind an extra pause button to whatever you want, but Escape should always pause.
