I get a lot of crashes to desktop in TR 3, but only when I save a game, or load a game. I'm in level 2 now, and it has already crashed 6 times when I tried to save my game (and like 3 times in level 1). I installed the universal patch and TR 1 and 2 worked perfectly without any crashes, it's only part 3 that gives me crashes :-( How to fix this? Ummm, does anyone else have this problem? Maybe I am asking at the wrong forum....
2nd EDIT: OK now I noticed that it doesn't crash until I change the gamma in the menu options (those sunglasses); until now I changed the gamma from 3 to 5 because I found it a bit too dark overall, and then when I tried to save it would crash. Now I didn't change and could play and save or load without crash, but when I changed gamma from 3 to 5 in-game and then went to save, it immediately crashed.
So the crash has to do with changing gamma levels in the game.... strange.
