Hello everyone,

When I first installed Tomb Raider 2, I got a setup window, but since the first launch every time I launch the game, I jump directly into it and never saw the setup window again.

I tried to deinstall and re install the game.
I also tried to install the multipatcher to try to have the setup window back and also have the game in the correct ratio (because the game is 4:3 and my screen 16:9)
Nothing work and I saw no changes.

Also, I tried to install I french language pack. It did change the language but it did not fixed the music issue like it was supposed to. So I don't have the ingame music, like for exemple in Venice when you are supposed to hear classical violin.

So I'm kinda out of option to run this game properly and it's a shame because I specificaly choosed the GOG version insted of the Steam one because it was supposed to run better on modern pc.
Anyone can help me ?

Look in your Start Menu: there should be a shortcut for running the setup again. If there is not, you can edit the shortcut you use to launch the game adding the option "-setup" (without the quotes) at the end of the Target field.
Another possible solution is to remove the current configuration from Windows registry (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Core Design\Tomb Raider II), however you hate to be careful when editing the registry.

The game is supposed to run in 4:3 resolutions. You can select 16:9 resolutions, but the field of view will be consequently stretched horizontally. If you want to play using a widescreen resolution with the correct aspect ratio, you have to use a unofficial patch, like this one or this other one.

I have never tried playing the game in French, but I thought this language is officially supported by GOG: are you sure you have to install anything to get your native language? GOG offers three different installers: english, german and french versions can be downloaded from your library and I suppose that GOG Galaxy gives you the opportunity to select your preferred language when installing the game, if you prefer to download it from there.
