I hope this is the right place to post this.
In level 1 Caves nothing I do can get her to manage the jump on the wall where I walk to the left on the snow and try and jump. Any secret to that?

2nd help needed... level 3 I have the cogs ..nothing I do gets the cogs to work.
I thought I've tried every way possible ;
*EDIT* I found out what I was doing wrong. I expected the cogs to turn and they don't ;
