Hello,

Anyone know of a good simple mod that replaces the green cross?
Been trying to find a mod, but nothing.

Want my medpacks to have the RED cross. The true original one.

There's a Medpack mod on Nexus that was released the day after the game was released.
If you're not familiar with Nexus it's pretty straight forward to register.
