I am having an issue where the opening movies play in fullscreen but when it goes to the main menu I get a small box in top left corner that cuts oof most of the screen. Resolution is set to my monitors resolution if I hit alt-enter it takes to full screen but then all the movies play in a small box. For awhile I could fix the issue by using Razer Cortex game boost but now even that does not work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times.

Do you actually get into the game or not? The movies playing in a window is probably because of their minuscule resolution, upscaling them to fill the screen would look terrible and is probably disabled in your graphics drivers.
