So I have no sound and I searched for it and it told me to use the setup in the tomb raider 3 folder but when I went there I didn't see anything resembling a setup file so where is it?.

If you're using Windows 7 (or XP), go to the folder on your Start menu: Start > All Programs > GOG.com > Tomb Raider 1 + 2 + 3 > Tomb Raider 3 > Tools > Setup.
