This can occur when accessing the inventory by pausing, trying to use an item, dying, using quicksave and quickload and even when ending the level or trying to start an FMV. I don't know what is causing this bug nor how to fix it.

Any idea why it sometimes crashes when pausing and how to stop it? The crashes are really annoying.

EDIT: Here's a snipsnot of the log file "stdout.txt" to help with diagnosing the problem.
