Cutscenes have no video, they still play you can hear them but it's just a black screen. Anyone else had this issue? I tried other renderers than Direct3D, they are all the same. I also tried running windowed, again no difference.

I believe that Direct3D output mode is limited to the Daum version of DOSBox. I suggest trying a different version, such as a newer SVN version or, simply, the official 0.74 version. Of course, you could always go back to the version that GOG installer installed.

I, personally, would recommend scrapping the DOS version entirely and setting up the 3D-acclerated Windows version of the game, instead:

I know that the cutscenes work fine in that.
I tried changing up a dosbox settings but it only got worse.
