I've been trying getting those games to work but I have several issues:

TR1
How do you get a higher resolution in this game? Been fiddling a bit with the setup but maybe there's something clearer.
Also when the game launches, I get a menu at the top, it must be related to dosbox, how do you disable that?

TR3
Crashes. I got those when checking the keys and when trying to start a new game. It seems it does that only when I set a full HD resolution.

Feel free to post solutions or your own issues.

Higher resolutions in the first game requires a bit of fiddling (details here). I think this also fixes the menu bar being visible.

I don't know about the issue with the third game since it worked fine for me.

If you have a few extra bucks pick up Glidos. It has a TR1 preset and it looks beautiful.

For the third game I tried unchecking the additional graphical options and it seems to have fewer issues.
