Because it has been designed for Steam and as long as a majority does not care DRM, many publishers simply feel "the work for bringing it over" is to much troubles. It was almost a wonder "Tomb Raider 2013" got released here... and it was great.
Although, this is not a coin issue: On sale or using a key you can get the newer Tomb Raiders almost for free or if you even want to pay 0 coins i think there is already some Steam-copy lurking around on the net somewhere with a Steam emulator attached... which works easyer than cracking the sometimes nasty DRM.
To the devs, it simply is not a big priority and they do not see a lot of revenue here... although, i think someday we may still see the newer titles on GoG. It does not help it that GoG was not improving at all, regarding the quality of its service, but even decreasing. All those factors finally will add up... unfortunately not for the advantage of honest DRM-free customers. Hope is still valuable... never lose it.
