Does anyone know how to do it?

I read in the manual that it is Alt and left or right but it doesn't seem to work but that does nothing. Is there something that I am doing wrong?

Make sure that the jeep is completely stopped, preferably on level ground and not too close to a wall. It's jump + left or right, so if you've re-mapped the jump key use your custom one instead of alt.
