I have a problem with FMV cut-scenes when running Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation in full-screen mode. The audio plays fine but the video is blank except for a tiny rectangle in the top left corner.
Incidentally, if I run the game using the software renderer, then the main menu also appears blank except for the tiny rectangle area in the top-left corner. The content of this tiny rectangle is not the top-left corner of the video or the game. It appears to be a distorted and squashed section of a larger portion of the video content.
My desktop resolution is 1920x1080 @ 120hz. I'm running Windows 7 Pro SP1 64-bit, and I've got a NVIDIA Geforce GTX 690 with driver version 347.52
A screenshot from the Eidos / Core intro video is attached.
