unusedname: I can get to the main menu without a problem. Shortly after or when I start a game it crashes. I've tried it in both windowed and full.
Did you run the Setup utility found in the Start menu for the game?

unusedname: I've played around with it, yes. But to no avail. Not sure where to even go with it.
Then the only proper course of action is to write to our Support department about this one :D. Please include your DxDiag :D.
