I bought this game Tokyo Xanadu eX+ on sale today and after install (twice) I cannot get the game to start after clicking Play or running as administrator from the folder it is inside of. Please, help me as I do not want to have to refund the game!

Does your computer meet the requirements? Also try and update drivers and install directx again. You can also try and contact gog support if you want sometimes they helped me a lot of times.
