Once I first played RD3 it notified me that because I had RD2 installed I was entitled to unlock something or other in RD3 (a racing mode of some kind, I forget what exactly). It gave me a code and an URI, but the page is gone from the Codemasters site. There was a redirect to some kind of premium cheats page that didn't have what I was looking for.
So is there any way I can still unlock this content? Through GOG or something?

Try with rd3fix ( http://jeffareid.net/rd3/rd3fix.zip ) it will create a savegame with all the content unlocked. Read the readme for instructions about how to use it (you will need the bonus code that is displayed within the game).
