I started playing on my desktop and want to continue on my laptop from my latest save game. Has anyone done this?

I've only played a little bit and I can already tell I love this game :)

I understand that it's an old thread, but in case anyone will have the same question:
The save files are stored at "$APPDATA\To the Moon - Freebird Games" folder (in case of Windows 7 it resolves to "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\To the Moon - Freebird GamesTo the Moon - Freebird Games")
