Game wont start, this is on a new windows 10 install, power full AMD Ryzen 7 1700 16 processor CPU and AMD Radeon 6800 TX GPU, 16 GB ram.
game spits out 3 error messages when trying to run

[SOLVED]

if you installed the game using the offline installer you will need to install DirectX 9.0c to play the game, you can download and install from here:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=35
