Runesmith (Runemaster/Defense), or Seidr Worker (Runemaster/Dream)?

I am interested especially for going against powerful bosses (for loot farming), surviving against overpowered special monsters (which somehow seem to have been buffed) and not being tremendously gear dependent.

I see the game has some changes and tweaks (nerfs, mostly), since last time i beat Typhon in classic gold version. And special monsters are a real pain. Also, any already tested build would be much appreciated.
