When attempting to play on any multiplayer server, my ping ranges from 110 to 3000 making the game virtually unplayable. I have attempted at least 10 games all with the same result. (i.e. different countries) When playing with my brother over LAN the ping is fine and is playable. Now i i would like to play with another brother,(Who does have the game over steam but from what ti read that shouldn't be a problem) but thus far, it has been impossible. Does anyone have any suggestions on port forwarding or something else to make internet multiplayer work for me?

Firewall exception made for Titan Quest
UPNP is enabled on my router
Nothing i can tell is triggering the ping spike in particular.
