i created a character for itemus mod, then i transfer items to the caravan and also i put some items in the character BAG , then i went to my tq vault to transfer items to another character but the items are not there, can anyone explain to me step by step how to transfer itemus items to the tqvault and from there to any toon i want , thanks , by the way i check the box in tqvault tha said custom mod. and the itemus mod shows in there,

I know this reply is a very late and I don't know if this info will be helpful or not, but I actually left that box unchecked for custom mod in TQVault.

I tried with it checked, but it bugged out for me. I use XMAX and all items showed for me, with the exception of a few custom items. They appeared invisible to TQVault. Though I could move the items and see an ID for it, the icon for these custom items didn't show when using TQVault. All normal items showed just fine though.
