I played the game trough (Anniversery/Ragnarök). and after defeating the Fire-Boss I come to a festival in Asgard. where you are send back to the main menu. But I want to go back to the city. When I try to go back in Land's End, the door in the ground floor is closed again. Because Loki is on the other side. When I die or restart, I begin in Land's End because there was the last resurrection shrine. I'm trapped in Land's End.

I don't want to play this game again. Is there anyway out there?

You can create a portal with your portal stone and teleport anywhere.
There is no such thing as being permanently stuck in Titan Quest.

Just portal to where you want to be and then activate the nearest rebirth fountain to it, then you'll respawn there every time.
