Hello,
I have a retail version of Titan Quest Gold and I am wondering if there are any plans to release a retail version of Ragnarok DLC as well?

Short answer: No.

The reason behind this is that the Gold Edition you - and I - have is not the same as the Anniversary Edition you need for Ragnarök. THQ Nordic made clear that they can't just upgrade anyone who owns a retail copy of the game to the Anniversary Edition 'cause they have no track about that. If e.g. you had a digital copy of the Gold Edition in your steam library you could upgrade for no extra charge.

You'll have to do as I did and pay those 4€ if you wanna play the DLC.
