OK I just found out that extracting the music is not hard at all, the tools are actually included in the game folder already! Yes that's right, you don't need to download or install anything.
All you have to do is make a .txt file anywhere you want (and rename it to .bat when you're ready to execute it) and put something like this :
"A:\Titan Quest - Anniversary Edition\ArchiveTool.exe" "A:\Titan Quest - Anniversary Edition\Resources\XPack2\Music.arc" -extract "B:\extracted TQ music"
Of course you'll have to correct the path and drive letters but it is THAT easy. Just double click when the script is ready and enjoy.
You can extract music from the other Music.arc files too, to get a FULL soundtrack of the entire game. This will give you mp3 files, since that what's the game uses (and a good thing, sometimes when extracting music from a game we may have to reconvert from one lossy format to another hurting quality - not so here)
