Okay, There is something wrong with the offline installer. Got all the parts just for the base game, when I click set up, it goes and when you click OK, it pops up Installer Needs the Next (.BIN) file. Please specify the location of part 3 and click OK. I have redownloaded the parts several times. Is there a problem?

The installer updated last night, you sure you downloaded all the same versions? 2.10c?

The Installer was 2.10b everything else was 2.10c. I am stupid.
