I have the original disc version of TQ and IT but am thinking of buying it again here but have a vague recollection that in the Anniversary Edition both the loot dropped and/or the merchants will show stuff from the expansions that I can't use/buy unless I own the DLCs. Is this actually the case or have I just confused this with another game? Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. I really dislike it when devs pull this cheap trick so it looks like I'll be sticking to my disc version.
