I downloaded all the required files for the game. In the middle of the installation progress it's asking for the second .BIN file, and gives you the option to choose the folder for it. But whatever I do it just doesn't go any further! Ii's like the file isn't there and the installer cannot find it! I did copy the 3 files in a separate folder, downloaded them again, whithout any success. Still stops and asks for the .bin file which is there! I am using Windows 10. Has any one encountered with the same problem, or am I just missing something obvious out? Thanks!

The second .bin may be incomplete/corrupt. Try verifying the files, under options when installing. Otherwise, double check it's named correctly, e.g. no (3) tacked on the end.
